About

I am a Master’s student in the Master of Intelligent Information Systems (MIIS) program within the Language Technologies Institute at Carnegie Mellon University’s School of Computer Science. My core focus lies at the intersection of Natural Language Processing, Information Retrieval, and Multimodal Machine Learning.

Prior to CMU, I worked as a Software Engineer at Google on the Pixel Essential Apps team, where I launched production features for Pixel Clock and engineered large-scale user data dashboards for Pixel Calculator processing over 2M active users. I graduated from National Taiwan University (NTU) in 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Engineering.

My background spans both industrial software engineering and cutting-edge AI research. Through software engineering and machine learning roles at Google and Appier, as well as research positions at NTU’s Information Retrieval Lab and Rice University’s DATA Lab, I have worked on multi-agent visual reasoning, query style translation, and dense retrieval systems. My primary research interests center on multi-agent intelligence, LLM-driven style translation, and image-based retrieval.

Outside of research and engineering, I led tech development for a cross-platform community app during an entrepreneurship program and spent two years volunteering in rural education. In my free time, you can find me exploring film photography and traveling.
